Here's some quick info about the important stuff:
Will it be fresh?
We pride ourselves on our small batch production. This means we don't make huge amounts at once, so your floss will always be light and fluffy when you get it. On the flip side, you may need to wait a day or so before your order ships because we are making it just for you!
How long does FizzBang Floss last?
Our standard size FizzBang Candy Floss tubs have a best before date of six months. The floss stays light and fluffy in our tubs. Some of our Custom Creation and mini tubs have a shorter shelf life, due to different ingredients.
Refunds
Let us know if you have a problem with your order or product. We look after our customers, and will do our best to make things right.
Returns
We are unable to accept returned product, due to food safety regulations.
Shipping
We take pride in packaging our product so it arrives at your door in great shape. We also make sure we use great shipping services that can deliver on time. If there is ever a problem with your shipment, such as being late or damaged, please advise is immediately and we will do out best to make things right.
Our shipping rates are:
- North Island - from $10 for orders under $100
- South Island - from $15 for orders under $100
Delivery times
Unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery times
- We send you the tracking info so you can see where your order is at.
- Rural deliveries can add an extra day or two so at most you should be waiting around 5 days NZ wide.

Where are we located?
We're Kiwi-based and Kiwi-owned. We are based on the Kapiti Coast, near Wellington, in New Zealand.
We support local!
Our production is done locally, and wherever possible, we support NZ suppliers. We partner with NZ-based companies for our custom flavours and colours.
Allergen statement
Please contact us for further details if you are concerned about allergens. Our flavours are generally Gluten, egg, nut and dairy free.
We care about the environment
We've spent many years testing and sourcing the best packaging products to ensure you get the best quality Candy Floss, with a view to providing product quality, longevity, and looking after the environment. We use recyclable containers.
